Job Details & Qualifications

Our Customer Service Agents work from home providing professional business consulting services and answering calls for a Fortune 500 company he or she selects. Agents’ calls are recorded and monitored by the selected company and Agent(s) receive grading on call performance just as he or she would, if in the call center environment. There is no cold-calling. All calls are inbound. Available timeslots are divided into 30-minute increments, so it is very flexible whether you are wanting this as a 2nd income, or as a primary income.

Agents must meet the following qualifications:

Customer Service experience a plus
Have a quiet place to work
Handle calls professionally and on a one-call-resolution basis
Be a self-starter as he or she will not be managed by staff
Be able to adhere to a work schedule he or she selected, to greater than 90%
Be comfortable working from his or her own home
Have either a laptop or desktop computer that is not considered as an ‘all-in-one’
Have high-speed internet service
Have, or be willing to get, a home phone service installed
Pass a Background Check, and drug screen if required
Be able to learn on his or her own as training classes are online only

Pay

Each of our Fortune 500 companies set their own pay range. Pay rates may vary according to which company you choose to service. Pay is by the hour, not commission; on Friday, two times per month. There are opportunities to earn bonuses and to increase your salary; also depending on which company you choose to service. All of these positions are paid hourly; not salary, though some do include incentives, such as bonus opportunities or salary increases.
